Meetings & Tweaks
All work for every milestone (stage), will include one meeting before starting and one meeting for tweaks, and one round of tweaks before moving to the next milestone (stage). Cloudology reserves the right to charge additional fees if additional meetings and tweaks are needed due to a lack of crucial information required at each meeting, or because the client changes the direction of the work.
As a general rule Cloudology would not charge additional fees for quick calls or emails to gather key information to complete a project, and, any conversations related to future work is not considered within the scope of the current project, however, if paid work changes direction, and therefore, needs to be redone due to the clients direction or lack thereof, then Cloudology reserves the right to charge additional fees.
Milestones
Payment for project milestones are due before starting each stage with the final payment and milestone always being related to the delivery and most likely, the installation of the work.
During the production of the work, Cloudology reserves the right to do all production work on their own server environment and if the final speed of the website or software is lacking, Cloudology will not be held accountable as good speed will have already been demonstrated on the Cloudology server.
Speed Gurarantee
The speed guarantee ensures that a site is running with a A grade (green) rating at or above a %90 for on a PageSpeed test for all four areas, Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO.
The guarantee is not applicable for the following reasons; the site is not running on a cloudology server, the client insists on adding content, plugins or anything else that causes the site to run too slow.
If the guarantee is not applicable, we will still attempt to get good speed ratings provided that the client has paid for speed acceleration. If the client does not want to pay for speed acceleration, then all PageSpeed ratings are the concern of the client on their own server.
Refunds
We don’t provide refunds as a general rule, however, there may be certain circumstances where we do provide a refund, for example, if we decide to turn work down for any reason, before starting, or during a milestone.
